Paes Estudio Legal is a firm specialized in corporate and M&A legal advice founded by Daniel Paes Julian, lawyer with more than 12 years of experience, in particular in transactions of a high technical complexity. Graduate in law and master in commercial law by Esade, Universitat Ramon Llull, he developed his professional career in the mercantile law department of Garrigues Abogados y Asesores Tributarios for more than 10 years, joining afterwards Deloitte Abogados where he practiced for an approximate period of 2 years. After an intense and extensive career in such firms, he has developed this project with the purpose of offering his clients top legal advice, with a practical view adapted to the particular needs of their businesses, all the foregoing with the highest standards of quality, ethics and rigor.
Daniel has a wide experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial contracting as well as financing, and is capable of bringing advice in Spanish, English and French. Member of the College of Lawyers of Barcelona since 2004, he has participated as lecturer in several courses and seminars in mercantile law, having published as well various articles:
