Corporate law
Comprehensive advice in corporate law, covering all the corporate life as from the incorporation until the dissolution or winding-up of the company. Said advice would cover subjects such as the incorporation of companies, the amendment of their by-laws, any corporate reorganizations, as well as the analysis of any legal or statutory questions in this field, being capable of bringing support to, or assuming the duties of, the secretariat of the Board of Directors.
